Great and incredible location, clean bathroom.

Well-appointed unit with coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. Feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows, comfortable bed. Really helpful staff and attention to detail.

The double room here comes equipped with a safe box, TV, and a mini bar fridge - super convenient! the bathroom was fairly clean, and the bidet was a nice touch. the location is right in the heart of everything. 🎉

I came here for 1 night and had a perfect stay. I loved the hotel, it was beautiful and fairly clean with great and fantastic location in a quiet neighbourhood. Location: the venue was really close to Also close to a very nice, and Modena. Had some takeout meals at Oronero Cafe, set walking distance from the hotel, I couldn't resist. The staff and the host were all extremely helpful.

The location is ideal, with easy access to the Ferrari factory and nearby restaurants. We reminded me of family and friends during our time there, and the peaceful and clean ambiance added to our overall satisfaction. We can confidently say that Ca' Prandini is the best place to stay in this area.
